The great news is we generally hold all our product in stock so we are able to start your shipping process straight away. We will organise for the delivery of your order to be sent to your designated delivery address via our preferred parcel post or courier service. Any relevant shipping fees will be quoted at the point of checkout. Larger international orders may be subject to additional Customs Clearance fees following the arrival of goods. (see International Shipping information below).
We aim to get parcels to you within the shortest possible timeframe using standard shipping services. We will provide item tracking for all destinations where available. Once your purchase has been packaged and sent we will confirm with you the freight carrier service used and the relevant tracking number where one has been provided. AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING CHARGES
Free Shipping services are currently available for orders over $150 within Australia. Orders under $150 will carry a fee depending on the size and weight of your order. All parcels are sent via regular Air Freight unless otherwise selected during checkout. We will notify you once your items are on their way and will provide a tracking number or parcel ID where available. Engraved orders will generally take between 2 to 4 days longer to arrive. We aim to get your delivery to you ASAP however please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES, TIME-FRAMES & CUSTOMS FEES
All International parcels are normally sent via regular Air Freight for a flat Shipping Fee depending on the size and weight of your order. We will notify you once your items are on their way and will provide a tracking number or parcel ID where available. Engraved orders will generally take between 2 to 4 days longer to arrive. Delivery turnaround times on international items vary depending on location. We aim to get your delivery to you ASAP however please allow up to 21 days to reach the destination country. Please be sure to double check your delivery address. Shipping times can be longer on larger orders due to customs clearance requirements of the destination country. All overseas orders are subject to customs clearance requirements and additional fees and charges may be payable by the recipient. These fees can arise from Import Duty, Sales Taxes and Customs Handling - calculated following the importation of goods.
CALCULATING IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Larger volume or higher value purchases may get held by Customs Authorities for routine inspections upon importation (to countries outside Australia).
As a result, your Customs Clearance Authorities may also require you to pay an Import Duty, Sales Tax (eg. VAT/GST) and a Customs Handling Fee to them prior to the release of goods to you. Note: International customers outside of Australia are not charged Sales Tax, Import Duty or Customs Handing Fees as part of your online order.
Each country has different limits for when Tax and Duty applies and whether Customs Clearance handling fees are charged or not. Wooden clothes hangers in some countries do not attract any customs duty - whilst in other countries they do.
Duty payable is most often $0.00 for small and medium sized Henkerman Hanger orders. For example orders sent to the US under $USD800 do not normally attract duty.
