5. Shopify and ecommerce services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, checkout, hosting, security, payment-related functionality, customer account features, analytics, customer privacy tools and related services that allow us to operate our online store.

Shopify and Shopify-connected services may process personal information on our behalf or for their own purposes as described in Shopify’s applicable privacy notices, terms and customer privacy settings.

Where enabled, Shopify services such as Shopify Network Intelligence, Shopify Audiences, Shop, customer privacy controls, cookie banners, data-sharing opt-out tools and related features may use customer data to help provide, protect, improve or personalise ecommerce services, advertising, fraud prevention and platform functionality.

Customers may have privacy rights or privacy controls available directly through Shopify, including through Shopify’s privacy portal and any privacy tools made available on our website.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers. We may receive limited payment-related information, such as payment confirmation, transaction references, payment method, masked card details or refund status, to help process orders, refunds, fraud checks, accounting records and customer service matters.

Payment providers have their own privacy and security practices. You should review their privacy policies if you would like further information about how they handle payment information.

We may use advertising and analytics tools, including Google Enhanced Conversions or similar services, to improve conversion measurement. These tools may use first-party customer information, such as email address, phone number, name, address or order details, in a hashed or privacy-protective form before being sent to the relevant advertising platform.

Depending on your location and our website settings, you may be able to manage cookie, tracking, targeted advertising or data-sharing preferences through our website, Shopify’s customer privacy tools, browser settings, Global Privacy Control signals, unsubscribe tools or other available opt-out mechanisms.

Some cookies are necessary for the website and checkout to function. Other cookies and tracking technologies relate to analytics, advertising, personalisation, marketing measurement and performance improvement.
